I am Elli Kalemtzaki, the founder of Vet Consultancy. I am a veterinarian and business coach working with veterinary practice owners on developing their marketing and communication strategies. I have 20 years of experience in veterinary marketing and the pet food industry at your disposal. During that time I have interacted with hundreds of veterinary professionals across 18 different countries in Europe and the Middle East. I have coached and mentored individuals and business teams, and conducted workshops on veterinary marketing and communication for veterinarians and students.

This is how we are going to work together:

• • We will work for between six to ten months.
• • We will meet by Zoom video for an hour to 75 minutes, usually twice a month.
• • We will engage in in-depth conversations during each session where we will identify your needs, create a strategic plan and work to overcome any obstacles.
• • You will leave each session with clarity about what to work on next and with concrete step-by-step plans.
• • If you have a question or need some quick feedback, you will have access to me by email between sessions.
